As a Sell First Realty Team Member, you will have a group of people ready, willing and able to assist you in achieving the goals you have set for yourself in this career. In addition our local knowledge and contacts in the marketplace is extensive since we have been around the South Florida area most of our lives.
We offer our residential agents two compensation packages to choose from:
Flex Fee Agent Program
- 100% Commission
- $395 Transaction Fee on Sales
- $150 Transaction Fee on Rentals
- 70/30 Split on Broker Leads
Free Agent Program
This program is designed specifically for licensed agents who are not active in day to day real estate but still want to be compensated for referral business. With our Free Agent Program our agents do not have to incur the expense of being registered with the board and mls which costs nearly $1,000 every year. Instead they can refer their client to Sell First and receive a 30% commission and let us do all the heavy lifting.
